Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Hospitality Operations located in North Goa. The Assistant Manager Hospitality Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day management of lodging operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest services and satisfaction. The Assistant Manager Hospitality Operations will also manage and train staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and assist with event planning and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field- preferred
• Experience in hospitality operations, guest services, and staff management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
