Our client is a very respected general contractor that specializes in commercial interior fit-outs.

They’re hiring an experienced Superintendent to run projects from mobilization through closeout. Most of the work is corporate office build-outs, with some retail, hospitality, healthcare and other commercial projects.
What you’ll do
Lead day-to-day site operations on interior fit-out projectsCoordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries to keep schedules tightRun safety programs and keep the site OSHA-compliantWork closely with PMs, architects, building management and clientsManage inspections, punch lists and turnover to the client
What you bring
5+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in commercial interiorsStrong experience with office TI/fit-outs, ideally in occupied buildingsSolid knowledge of MEP coordination, finishes and building codesOSHA 30 (preferred)Clear communication and a hands-on leadership style
