GTM Engineer

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build and run the systems that drive our pipeline. You will automate lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and outreach, and connect our sales tools into one reliable engine. You will work closely with Sales, Outbound, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build automated lead sourcing and enrichment workflows using Clay, Apollo, Lusha, and similar tools
• Create ICP scoring models and keep them current based on win and loss data
• Set up and manage LinkedIn and email outreach sequences, including deliverability
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, integrations, and data hygiene
• Track buying signals and route qualified leads to the right team
• Build AI-assisted workflows for account research and personalized outreach
• Report on campaign and pipeline performance, and improve what is not working
• Document workflows so sales teams can use them independently

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in RevOps, growth engineering, marketing automation, or sales operations
• Hands-on experience with Clay or a similar enrichment platform
• Strong HubSpot skills: workflows, properties, and integrations
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
• Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Practical experience using LLM APIs for research or outreach
• Good understanding of B2B outbound, email deliverability, and LinkedIn outreach
• Strong written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• HubSpot Academy certifications (Operations Hub or Sales Hub)
• Clay, Make, or Zapier certifications
• Experience in an IT services or software development company
• Experience with Apollo, Lusha, Instantly, Smartlead, or HeyReach
• Dashboard experience in Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar tools
