<p> Work within the regional sales team(s) in the execution of strategic goals requiring new construction installer accounts; Grow and leverage a base of key installer accounts that strengthen the sales process, achieve sales and marketing strategies, and budgeted revenue; Engage and interact with Field Sales, Marketing, and G&I to win Installer, Builder and Contractor Accounts through the value of our products and construction technologies in multiple market segments. </p><p> Wed love to meet you if... <br /> youre energized by big challenges and creating a plan to meet the challenge <br /> you enjoy working with others to deliver great work <br /> youre innovative and looking for a values-driven, positive culture and environment </p> In this position you will have the opportunity to: <ul><li> Achieve annual revenue growth target for the region(s) </li><li> Lead direct reports and develop talent for future career growth </li><li> Ensure strong, productive relationships and complete integration with Field Sales to ensure that individual performance goals are tied to regional/market sales goals </li><li> Participate in alignment with, and execution of, strategic sales goals for designated regions/markets through technical services to customers, builders, contractors, distributors, dealers, specifiers and third party officials </li><li> Raise the level of overall installation quality and brand reputation by developing and delivering value-added training to new and existing customers, builders, and municipalities; ensure that all training assets provide uniform technical messages regarding the LP product portfolio </li><li> Ensure that local and regional product certifications are maintained and approvals for new certifications are developed as required </li><li> Ensure that LP siding products and associated systems meet local needs in critical markets </li><li> Lead the development/updating of new/current training management systems for customers, builders, contractors, distributors, dealers, specifiers and third-party officials </li><li> Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and outside sources to market LP products and services to channel partners, builders and contractors </li><li> Ensure that all training of new and existing customers on proper product use, installation and maintenance meets the LP standard </li><li> Lead the training effort of LP team members in order to ensure competence and confidence in the proper installation of LP siding products </li><li> Design, engineer and approve, in collaboration with Field Sale and Siding G&I, product applications for evolving wall assemblies popular in the market </li><li> Represent LP professionally in the field and provide intelligence on current and future competitive realizations. </li><li> Perform all duties in accordance with safety policies and procedures </li><li> Perform other duties as required </li></ul> What do I need to be successful?
