We are looking for a talented Senior Architect to drive design development, project coordination, statutory documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration across diverse project typologies.

About the Role

As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through execution. You will be responsible for design development, consultant coordination, statutory documentation, and ensuring seamless project delivery while working closely with Project Heads and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and coordination of projects across all design stages.
• Work on large-scale projects across the Developer, Data Center, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Hospitality sectors.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality design outputs, drawing packages, and documentation within planned timelines.
• Develop innovative, context-driven design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive design portfolios, presentations, and project documentation at every stage of the design process.
• Present design proposals and coordinate with internal teams and multidisciplinary consultants to ensure design alignment.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other consultants to deliver fully coordinated design solutions.
• Prepare and coordinate statutory submission drawings and liaise with permitting consultants for projects in Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region , ensuring timely approvals.
• Ensure efficient project delivery in line with approved timelines, resource plans, and quality standards.
• Support project planning, resource utilization, and cost-effective project execution.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
• Resolve site queries, review site issue reports (SIRs), and provide timely design support during construction.
• Proactively identify design coordination risks and communicate them to Project Heads to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure accurate design coordination and documentation to minimize client escalations and maintain high-quality project delivery.
• Build positive client relationships by providing timely, comprehensive, and technically sound design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, supporting knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
• Participate in project reviews to capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support project publications and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the practice.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 5–9 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong experience in Developer, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Hospitality projects. Exposure to Data Center projects will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in design development, construction documentation, statutory approvals, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of applicable national building codes, construction methodologies, and execution practices.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good commercial awareness with an understanding of project planning, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and client-facing skills.
