Job Summary

Bentchair is looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Admin Executive (Junior) to support the day-to-day administrative and housekeeping operations of our Goa showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, organized, and operational at all times while providing general administrative support and hospitality to clients and employees.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day.

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Take ownership of the upkeep, cleanliness, and care of furniture, décor items, display products, and showroom assets.

Ensure all products and display items are dust-free, properly arranged, and presented in excellent condition.

Manage pantry operations, including serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to clients and visitors.

Maintain pantry supplies and ensure timely replenishment of consumables.

Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, and other administrative requirements.

Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and housekeeping inventory.

Assist in receiving deliveries, organizing materials, and maintaining stock of showroom consumables.

Support the showroom team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational requirements.

Ensure meeting rooms and client interaction areas are always presentable.

Report maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs with relevant vendors.

Maintain records of administrative expenses, vendor bills, and purchase requests as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies related to office administration, safety, and hygiene.
