Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the strategic delivery of large-scale platform initiatives, including integrations, migrations, new platform builds, and Saa S development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects in the HR technology space —sitting at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and technical execution.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into integrated delivery plans
15+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically managing new platform builds with multiple dependencies and tight deadlines using an Agile/iterative approach.
B. Tech Graduate
