Role Description This full-time remote AI Systems Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven systems and infrastructure that support Node Solutions’ digital products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting scalable AI system designs, configuring and administering servers and cloud environments, and integrating machine learning components into existing systems. The AI Systems Engineer will monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical support to internal teams and clients to ensure high system reliability. The role also involves collaborating with software engineers and product leaders to refine requirements, optimize system performance, and implement best practices for security, observability, and deployment automation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills to architect, integrate, and optimize AI-powered solutions.
• Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent system and application issues.
• Candidates should possess solid System Administration experience, including managing servers, cloud platforms, and deployment pipelines.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Python, model serving, APIs) and experience integrating them into production systems.
• Relevant qualifications include proficiency with Linux environments, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization/orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in systems or platform engineering is highly beneficial.
