Senior EHS Manager | TSMC | Phoenix, AZ CGS Global is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Manager to support a long-term construction project at the TSMC semiconductor facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an opportunity to join one of the largest and most advanced semiconductor construction projects in the country. We're looking for a hands-on safety leader who can build strong relationships in the field, drive a proactive safety culture, and ensure compliance across a complex, fast-paced industrial environment. What You'll Do: Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs for construction and field operations Partner with project leadership, contractors, and client teams to drive safety performance Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments Oversee critical safety programs including LOTO, confined space, line breaking, chemical safety, and emergency response Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans Evaluate subcontractor safety performance and compliance Deliver safety training, coaching, and field support Monitor OSHA, environmental, and project-specific safety requirements Track and report key safety metrics and performance indicators What We're Looking For: 10+ years of EHS experience 5+ years in a Safety Manager or EHS leadership role CSP Certification (Required) Current OSHA 500 & OSHA 501 Certifications (Required) Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial construction safety practices Preferred Experience: Semiconductor construction Advanced manufacturing facilities Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems Hazardous chemical environments Large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects CIH certification is a plus Mandarin or Spanish language skills are a plus What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Paid Holidays, PTO & Sick Time Permanent, Long-Term Career Opportunity We're looking for a leader who is visible in the field, respected by the craft workforce, and passionate about creating a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility. xzbcwsv If you're ready to make an impact on one of Arizona's most significant construction projects and help shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
