Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of medicines and healthcare products across warehouse and retail operations. The role involves ensuring accurate inventory management, safe storage practices, efficient order processing, and smooth warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL OR WILLING TO RELOCATE TO HYDERABAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of pharmacy and healthcare products.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of pharmacy orders and deliveries.
• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain proper stock control procedures.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and ensure products are accounted for accurately.
• Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines and healthcare products as per compliance standards.
• Handle warehouse operations efficiently to minimize losses, damages, and stock discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse staff, including shift scheduling, discipline, productivity, safety, and security.
• Maintain warehouse records, reports, statistical data, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in stock audits and inventory verification activities.
• Manage warehouse budgets and operational expenses effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, pharmacy, and operations teams for smooth workflow management.
• Monitor and implement warehouse management software systems and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in managing a pharmaceutical warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control processes.
• Strong experience working with inventory management ERP solutions.
• Experience handling warehouses storing large volumes of pharmaceutical products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple operations under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills
