Temporary Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to provide maternity leave coverage for a growing organization in Oceanside, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and managing a variety of day-to-day human resources functions. Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentationSupport recruiting activities, including interview coordination, background checks, and new-hire processesAssist with benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, and employee inquiries.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS dataProvide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace practicesAssist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee status changesPrepare HR reports and support compliance-related documentation
Qualifications:2+ years of Human Resources experienceBilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbalKnowledge of HR practices, employment policies, and compliance requirementsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionallyProficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferredADP Software system is highly preferred
Assignment Details:Contract role, covering a maternity leaveOnsiteLocated in OceansideCompensation: $27.00-$32.00 per hour DOEMonday- Friday 7:00am-4:00pm PST
