Requirements:

• CPC certified (mandatory).
• 6-8 years of US medical coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in Pain Management, E/M, and Anesthesia Coding.
• ASC Facility Coding experience preferred.
• Experience in handling coding teams, training, and quality reviews.
• Ability to review coding denials, appeals, and payer audits.
• Strong understanding of CMS, NCCI, LCD/NCD, and payer medical policies.
• Ability to interpret medical records and assign accurate codes.
• Experience in analyzing coding-related denials, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
• Ability to provide coding feedback and recommendations to clients and address client queries confidently.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day coding operations and team performance.
• Ensure coding accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Review complex coding scenarios and provide guidance to coders.
• Handle coding denials and support appeals through medical record and policy review.
• Conduct coding audits and provide feedback, training, and mentoring to the team.
• Communicate coding observations, denial trends, and recommendations to clients.
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and compliance standards.

Work Location: Mohali, Punjab, 5 Days Working
