Onsite Neonatal Partners is excited to share a Director of Neonatology opportunity at UNC Health Blue Ridge Hospital in Morganton, North Carolina. This leadership position is an excellent fit for a Neonatologist committed to delivering exceptional clinical care, developing high-performing teams and units, and prioritizing family-centered care, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Onsite Neonatal at UNC Health Blue Ridge Hospital in Morganton, North Carolina provides 24/7 in-house coverage with no on-call commitment. In partnership with hospitals, our neonatology programs are grounded in evidence-based medicine and are built for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Unit facts:
Level II NICU
1,000 deliveries
24-hour shifts, in-house
No clinical on-call responsibilities
