Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Guwahati. The Project Manager will oversee modular projects from planning to completion, including defining scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure materials, logistics, and inspections are handled on schedule. The Project Manager will track project progress, address issues, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports, reviewing work against specifications, expediting critical tasks, and driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in Expeditor and Expediting functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Inspection and quality control skills, with attention to detail and familiarity with relevant standards. Logistics Management skills, including coordination of material flow, scheduling, and vendor management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Solid communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients. Proficiency in basic project management tools and office software; knowledge of modular or construction processes is an advantage.
