Job Description:

We are seeking finance professionals with 2+ years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting general accounting activities, month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end close activities. Maintain General Ledger accounts and ensure accounting accuracy. Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies. Assist in financial reporting and audit requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Required Skills:

2+ years of RTR / General Ledger accounting experience. Strong knowledge of Journal Entries, Accruals, Reconciliations, and Month-End Close. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP Hana. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred.
