Job Type:

Full-time/ Part-time

Role and Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, feeding, swallowing, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders across pediatric and geriatric populations. Develop individualized, functional, and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Prepare detailed, accurate, and comprehensive assessment reports, diagnostic summaries, therapy plans, progress reports, and discharge reports. Provide Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) assessment, implementation, and training for individuals with complex communication needs. Educate, train, and collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate carryover of therapy goals. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborate effectively with team members. Assist in developing therapy materials, clinical resources, and evidence-based intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication disorders. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Stay updated with current evidence-based practices through continuing professional development.

Required Qualifications: Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (M. Sc. SLP) or Master's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Language: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is required

Professional Certifications: Certified Oral Placement Therapy (Talk Tools) Avaz Certified AAC Professional (ACAP) Professional training in Gestalt Language Processing/Natural Language Acquisition (GLP/NLA)

Additional Requirement: A minimum commitment of one year is required from the date of joining.
