Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Customer Support Onboarding Coordinator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is located in Loveland, Longmont, or Denver, Colorado and is bilingual in French.

The role coordinates onboarding, installation, and training for reference lab and in-house diagnostic customers, working closely with Sales, PIMS integration, Logistics, and Field Specialists to ensure a seamless, customer-focused rollout and high satisfaction.
