The ideal candidate will lead functional testing assessments, evaluate testing processes, identify gaps, and drive testing transformation, transition planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:10+ years in Functional Testing / Quality Engineering.5+ years leading testing programs or managed services engagements.5+ years of experience with the Facets healthcare system.Strong Healthcare Payer domain knowledge: Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Billing, Provider, Prior Authorization, Care Management, and EDI.Experience in testing assessments, transition planning, workforce planning, and stakeholder management. xzbcwsv Familiarity with Jira, qTest, and Azure DevOps.
