Role Description The Director of Photography (DOP) at SODA Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. The DOP will lead the visual execution of video projects, collaborating closely with directors, creative leads, and producers to translate concepts into impactful imagery. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning shot lists, selecting camera setups and lenses, designing lighting schemes, and supervising camera and grip crews during shoots. The role involves managing on-set workflows, ensuring visual consistency across projects, and maintaining high technical and aesthetic standards. The DOP will also participate in pre-production meetings, location scouts, and occasional post-production reviews to support color grading and overall visual quality.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Camera Operation and Camera handling for professional video shoots.
- Candidates should possess advanced Lighting and Cinematography skills to shape visual mood and style.
- Candidates should possess solid Video Production experience, including on-set coordination and workflow management.
- Relevant experience with digital cinema cameras, lenses, and support equipment (e.g., gimbals, dollies, rigs).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with directors, producers, and creative teams under tight timelines.
- Strong visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high production quality.
- Experience in commercial, branded content, or agency environments is preferred.
- Formal training in film, media, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience is beneficial.
