Experience: 4-6 yrs Location: Chennai Job Summary: • 5+ years of experience developing integrations with search platforms, PIM solutions, or other related platforms • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering • Excellent communication skills • Experience in software development, specifically in search deployments or enterprise Saa S. • Design and deploy Coveo-powered intelligent search, semantic search, and generative AI conversational experiences. • Strong background in cloud-native systems, headless search patterns, and data connectors/push APIs. Coveo CLI, Push APIs (Node JS, Python, Java), and REST APIs for custom content ingestion. • Integrate Coveo Cloud with enterprise systems, commerce platforms, and CMS environments like Salesforce, Sitecore, or AEM. • Configure indexing, manage query pipelines, and apply machine learning models to improve relevance tuning. • Build custom search interfaces utilizing Coveo Headless, React, Angular, Java Script, and Type Script. • Working proficiency in Java Script, Type Script, Python, and modern HTML/CSS. • Query pipelines, machine learning models, semantic search, and large language model (LLM) grounding. Hands-on experience with the Coveo Cloud Platform and ecosystem integrations. • Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and data modelling for search. Roles and Responsibilities • Designing and building responsive, user-friendly search interfaces using the Coveo Atomic library, Coveo Java Script Search Framework, or headless frameworks like Quantic. • Configuring secure content indexing by setting up standard and custom Coveo Connectors, managing web scrapers, and mapping metadata fields. • Creating and configuring query pipelines, managing thesaurus terms, setting up stop words, and implementing ranking expressions to optimize search results. • Integrating Coveo's search capabilities seamlessly into external enterprise ecosystems such as Salesforce, Service Now, or custom web applications. • Writing custom Indexing Pipeline Extensions (IPE) using Python or Java Script to clean, transform, and enrich data before it enters the search index.
