Role Description The Site Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Site Architect will oversee architectural design implementation on active interior project sites, ensuring that design intent is translated into accurate, buildable solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, contractors, vendors, and consultants; reviewing drawings and specifications; conducting site inspections; and resolving design or execution issues in real time. The role involves planning and monitoring construction activities, checking material and workmanship quality, and updating stakeholders on progress, risks, and necessary design modifications. The Site Architect will contribute to execution strategies, support project documentation, and help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to interpret and detail interior layouts, construction drawings, and finishes.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning site activities, managing timelines, coordinating vendors, and tracking progress against execution plans.
- Experience with Integration of design and on-site execution, aligning consultant inputs, services drawings, and contractor work to maintain design intent.
- Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, design & build projects, or turnkey execution, preferably in commercial or high-value interiors.
- Ability to read and use technical drawings, BOQs, and construction documents; familiarity with CAD/BIM or similar design tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on active sites and make timely decisions under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented approach, commitment to quality, and readiness to work on-site in Jaipur with regular site visits and coordination meetings.
