Role Description The TGT English role is a full-time, on-site position based at Green Valley English School Kerakat in Jaunpur. - Candidates should possess strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning and classroom management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Candidates should possess Translation skills to support learners who may need assistance transitioning from local languages to English.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Training skills to handle student and parent queries professionally and guide learners effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or Education, along with a B.Ed., are preferred.
- Experience teaching English at school level and familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology would be beneficial.
- Ability to maintain an inclusive, respectful classroom environment and adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles is desirable.
