GRAPHIC AND WEB DESIGNER

ROLE: Brand and Web Designer. Full time, remote, India, UK hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Coordinates with the Marketing Lead. Immediate joiner only: we interview on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September and want the person starting straight after, so the advert must say only candidates able to start immediately should apply.

WHAT THEY DO

- Build out the PropertyFlow brand identity as a working system: logo usage, colour, typography, iconography, templates for documents, decks, social and email, and the brand guidelines file the whole team works from.

- Design the website and landing pages in Figma, and either build them in Webflow or Framer or hand off cleanly to the tech team.

- Produce ad creative for Meta, Google and LinkedIn, in variants, and iterate on what the numbers say.

- Social templates and thumbnails for the Content and Social Executive; app store assets; basic motion for vertical video.

WHAT WE NEED

- 4 to 6 years' design experience with at least one full brand identity in the portfolio, built end to end and live.

- Expert in Figma; strong in Illustrator; able to build a landing page themselves.

- Evidence of performance creative: an ad test they designed and what won.

- Clean British English on any copy in designs.

- Able to start immediately.

PAY: INR 50,000 to 65,000 a month, on the LinkedIn advert only, not on any public page. Consultancy engagement like the rest of the India team; the Company provides the software seats and owns the files.

PROCESS AND DATES

- Simon and Ganeshkumar review portfolios as they land; shortlist by Tuesday 22 or Wednesday 23 September.

- 30-minute screening calls Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September, same format as before: work on screen, a short live exercise, start date and pay.

- Start: immediately after interview.
