Creative Strategist

We’re looking for someone who understands content, trends, and what actually works on social media. Your job will be to plan what kind of content should go out, why it should go out, and what result it should bring.

Responsibilities:

- Create platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

- Track trends and come up with content ideas accordingly

- Write clear briefs, hooks, and scripts

- Coordinate with creators, editors, and the marketing team

- Analyze what’s working and what’s not, and plan accordingly

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy

- Strong understanding of trends, formats, and user behavior

- Good writing skills + clarity of thought

- Comfortable using AI tools or picking them up quickly
