Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Head – Residential Sales with minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing sales teams, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the residential real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Property Consultants/Sales Managers.
- Drive residential sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Guide the team in converting qualified leads into successful closures.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure high productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm .
- Experience in team handling and residential property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-driven with a proven sales record.
