You will lead engagement teams in planning, execution, and delivery of complex M&A tax consulting projects, focusing on Section 382 ownership change analyses and related tax basis work for consolidated entities.

You will advise clients on the federal tax consequences of corporate transactions, prepare technical analyses, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance service offerings.
