Raya Software Solutions is looking for a qualified CA to own our finance and compliance function.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end LLP compliance — Form 8, Form 11, deed amendments, partner admissions/retirements, and ROC filings
• Handle partnership firm compliance — deed drafting and amendments, and ROF registrations/filings
• Handle income tax compliance: TDS/TCS deduction, deposit, quarterly returns (24Q/26Q/27EQ), Form 16/16A, reconciliations and lower-deduction certificates
• Maintain books, finalise accounts, and prepare monthly MIS
• Oversee GST filings, advance tax computation, and assessment/notice responses
• Manage payroll compliance, vendor payments, and client invoicing
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners

What we're looking for

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience
• Hands-on experience with LLP Act compliance and ROC filings
• Working knowledge of Partnership Act compliance and ROF procedures
• Strong grounding in income tax, particularly TDS/TCS compliance
• Comfortable with Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / similar)
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and own deadlines

• Full-time, on-site
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Compensation: commensurate with experience
