About the Role

BankIslami, Pakistan’s leading Islamic bank, is seeking an experienced and qualified Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team in Lahore and Multan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing medical care, first aid, and health support to employees while ensuring compliance with medical standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college or university
• Registration: Valid PMDC license/registration
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant medical field
• Additional medical qualifications will be given preference
• Strong diagnostic, treatment, and emergency response skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and first aid to employees when required
• Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
• Conduct health awareness sessions and preventive care initiatives
• Liaise with hospitals and healthcare providers when necessary
