Are you a Project Manager looking to join a well-respected commercial general contractor known for delivering complex, high-profile projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia region?

Our client is an established and growing General Contractor/Construction Manager with an outstanding reputation for quality, repeat business, and employee retention. They are seeking a motivated Project Manager with approximately four or more years of commercial construction experience who is ready to take ownership of challenging projects while continuing to grow their career.

Projects:

• Commercial Office Buildings
• Healthcare & Hospital Facilities
• Higher Education & Institutional Projects
• Laboratory & Life Sciences
• Corporate Interiors
• Pharmaceutical Facilities

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and field personnel.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, quality, and safety while ensuring successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, hospital, higher education, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or institutional construction projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
