Hiring for Investment Banking team , candidates who have experience in Debt Financing experience

Responsibilities

• Supporting our clients on multiple projects related to Loan Capital Markets
• To cover transactions from plain vanilla to complex/ structured transactions (including syndicated corporate loans, corporate acquisition loans, leveraged loans, bridge loans, share financings, etc.), for large and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and promoters / high net worth individuals (HNWI)
• This job requires working closely with clients in doing due diligence of the borrowers and preparing the information memorandum, credit memos, underwriting memos and other loan documentation to facilitate debt closure
• Support the team in the origination of loans, initial credit/debt capacity analysis, financial spreading, pitch book preparation, industry analysis, including in coordination with clients for documentation.
• Should know credit underwriting process along with in-depth analysis of financial moments
• Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
• Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

Key Competencies

• University degree required; MBA in Finance / chartered accountant / chartered financial analyst with 3-5 years of relevant experience in loan syndications, structured finance, investment banking, credit analysis, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit structuring, and syndication market practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, work independently & collaboratively across internal teams & external teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to details & meeting tight timelines.
• Meticulous, pro-active and a positive attitude
• Client-oriented with the ability and maturity to deal with a diverse clientele
