b Overview /b p In this role you will own the UK Ireland payroll and benefits function for a high‑growth logistics leader. You will lead end‑to‑end payroll cycles and ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting, acting as the payroll subject matter expert across the business. You will drive automation projects and partner with Finance and HR to optimise processes. You will engage stakeholders, support benefits administration, and maintain strong data governance.
