Guardian Financial Experts is expanding its team and looking for a confident, ambitious, and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing organization.

We work in the field of loan settlement, credit card settlement, debt resolution, and financial support, helping clients understand their available options and navigate financial difficulties through a structured and professional process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.

• Understand clients’ financial concerns and requirements.

• Explain relevant company services and the consultation process clearly and professionally.

• Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into clients.

• Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

• Coordinate with the Legal and Operations teams during client onboarding.

• Work toward assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Follow company processes, professional standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and candidates with **0–6 months of experience** can apply.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

• Confident and professional approach toward conversations.

• Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.

• Experience in **telecalling, telesales, banking, financial services, insurance, loans, or customer support** will be an added advantage.
