Customer Service – Executive – Export
Location – Mumbai – Andheri east Marol
Urgent opening for - Customer service
Total Experience – 2 to 3yrs
- Handle customer service desk operations, collaborating with customers/shippers in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Follow up on carting / stuffing & onboard confirmation whether same has been sent to clients on time.
- Sending timely delivery status to the customer.
- Quoting export rates to clients.
- Follow up on upcoming shipments and sharing schedules of needed.
- Rates filing with co-loaders for export shipments.
- Maintaining detailed reports of all shipments.
