Job Description – Executive, Business Development Location: Om Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400 059 Openings: 2 Experience: 1 year in B2B Sales (IT products/services such as laptops, desktops, firewalls, etc.) Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA Company Head Office: Pune Working Days: Monday to Saturday Notice Period: Maximum 15 days Gender: Male/Female 6 Days working company Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and direct client visits. Meet IT Managers, Procurement Managers and other decision-makers face-to-face. Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services and value propositions. Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Prepare quotations and Sales Orders as per client requirements. Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts. Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle. Identify new markets, sectors and potential business opportunities. Perform other business development activities as assigned by management. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT products/services. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach. Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face client meetings. Two-wheeler is not mandatory for Mumbai candidates; public transport can be used. Local Mumbai candidates preferred. Candidates must be available to join within 15 days. Note: This is strictly a B2B field sales role, not B2C. The candidate will meet corporate decision-makers such as IT Managers and Procurement Managers. Travelling allowance will be provided.
