Role – CRM- Executive/ Sr. executive

Post the sale - Cross-check all customer documents, including Signed booking form and associated costs, Booking amount receipt, KYC documents. Co-ordination with GREs to get customer's photo/testimonials and google reviews. Ensure that all customer emails are acknowledged within 24 hours Preparing AOS checklist Sale agreement execution process – Co-ordinating with the customer for agreement signatures. Preparation of bank documents and handing over to the banker for further disbursement. Updating the daily payments in SF Updating the status of AOS in SF Maintaining the customer data in SF Answering the customer calls. Following up on FORM 16 B
