We're Hiring: Admissions Counselor

Kizen Education is looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our growing team as an Admissions counsellor.

If you enjoy interacting with students, guiding them towards the right career path, and helping them make informed academic decisions, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding ACCA, Commerce, AI, and other academic programmes.

• Handle enquiries generated through calls, walk-ins, social media, and digital campaigns.

• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.

• Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.

What We're Looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-orientated, and eager to grow.
• Experience in admissions, education, EdTech, sales, or counselling is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to represent Kizen Education by visiting schools, colleges, and partner institutions for meetings, seminars, and outreach activities as required.

Location: Chandigarh (On-site) ONLY

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Performance Incentives
