Job Title: Copywriter – Consultant

Role Duration: 3 Months | Consultant Position

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter – Consultant for a 3-month consulting engagement . The role will involve developing engaging, social-first written content across platforms, translating briefs into compelling copy, and ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and communication objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong social-first mindset , be comfortable building and maintaining a content bank , and have a strong understanding of digital and social media communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decode briefs to understand brand requirements, audience, and communication objectives.
• Develop social-first copy and content ideas across relevant digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong, relevant content bank for ongoing communication requirements.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging.
• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across formats including social media, ads, websites, blogs, and scripts.
• Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone.
• Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to support content creation.
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices.
• Manage timelines and ensure adherence to internal TATs and SOPs.

Mandatory Requirements:

• This is a 3-month consultant role.
• Strong social-first thinking and understanding of social media content.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong content bank.
• Strong command of Bengali is mandatory.
• 0–1.5 years of experience in copywriting/content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent grammar, language, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
