Hiring: Sales Consultant / Sales Manager – Odoo ERP

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience: 3–6 Years

Markets: India, Gulf & Malaysia

IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Sales Consultant / Sales Manager to drive Odoo ERP sales across India, Gulf countries and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify Odoo ERP leads.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend Odoo solutions.
• Conduct Odoo presentations and demos.
• Sell Odoo implementation, customization, migration, integration, support and AI solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage the CRM and sales pipeline.
• Work with functional and technical teams.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and business owners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of B2B ERP, Software or SaaS sales experience.
• Strong preference for Odoo sales experience.
• Good understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing and HR.
• Experience selling ERP implementation and customization services.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience handling international customers is preferred.
