Hiring: Sales Support Office | Jewellery Industry Work Exp - 3 –5 Years Experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery . Job type - Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage customer onboarding, KYC and customer master data . Handle pricing inputs including diamond rates, labour charges, gold loss and other commercial parameters. Manage end-to-end sales orders from quotation to invoicing and dispatch. Coordinate with Design, Production, QC, Certification, Logistics and Finance teams. Track order TATs, delivery timelines and documentation accuracy . Lead the back-office team, allocate work and monitor productivity. Ensure accuracy in pricing, billing and order processing . Key Requirements 3–8 years of experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery . Strong understanding of diamonds, gold, jewellery costing and order processing . Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination . Good ERP/CRM skills; jewellery ERP experience preferred. Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
