From greeting clients and answering questions to managing bookings and supporting smooth check-ins and check-outs, you'll make sure everything runs seamlessly at the front desk. If you love helping people, staying organized, and creating great first impressions, this role is for you.What you'll do:Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly serviceAnswer questions about services, memberships, pricing, and eventsAssist with daycare, boarding, and grooming check-ins and check-outsManage bookings and reservations using Skiptown's softwareProcess payments for services, memberships, and retail salesPromote Skiptown memberships, services, and special offersKeep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-readyCommunicate updates and important information between guests and team membersDocument and escalate guest concerns or incidents as neededYou might be a perfect fit if:You're friendly, approachable, and love helping people (and pups!)You thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is differentYou're organized and can manage multiple tasks at onceYou're calm under pressure and great at problem-solvingYou enjoy working as part of a collaborative teamBonus if you have:Customer service, hospitality, or front desk/concierge experienceExperience in a pet care environment or knowledge of pet servicesFamiliarity with scheduling or booking softwareMusts & Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shiftsAbility to safely lift and handle up to 30 lbsComfortable working in an environment with dogs, pet hair, and occasional messesWhat we offer:Membership perks to SkiptownCha-Ching Fridays!
