This isn't a siloed role — you'll collaborate across Process Engineering, Packaging, Testing, Reliability, and Manufacturing, making a measurable impact at every stage. </p> <p> If you're a sharp, self-directed engineer who thrives on solving complex ESD challenges and wants a career where deep technical excellence is genuinely valued — read on. </p><p>️ Key Responsibilities </p> Design, develop, and implement ESD protection structures for a diverse analog product portfolio Lead and conduct ESD design reviews ; troubleshoot failures during internal and customer qualification cycles Drive the design and development of ESD test structures for advanced technology assessments Maintain and evolve ESD protection libraries and design guideline documentation used by TI engineers and I/O cell developers globally Continuously improve ESD protection effectiveness and area efficiency — raising the bar on what's possible <p>✅ Required Skills </p> Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering (3+ years ESD experience) or M.
