We deliver award-winning high impact brand, corporate, and private events with creative vision and flawless execution. </p> <p> What you'll do: Concept development that ties creative vision to client goals and brand identity Art direction - set design, decor, lighting, ambiance Visual merchandising and design oversight (invites, brochures, signage &amp; more) Social media strategy for Next Level, with oversight of the social media team Client relationships - translating vision into standout creative Leading and mentoring a team of designers and creative professionals Staying ahead of trends to keep our events fresh and original Quality, compliance, and presenting big ideas to clients &amp; stakeholders </p><p> What you bring: Bachelor's in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, Event Management, or related field. 7+ years in creative roles - event management, advertising, or related industries a bonus. A sharp eye for design, strong leadership instincts, and the ability to turn concepts into unforgettable experiences </p> <p></p>
