Video Producer (Pre Production, GB03 / GB04)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop video concepts, creative ideas, scripts, storyboards, and shot plans .
• Understand business and marketing requirements and translate them into engaging video concepts.
• Plan shoot schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, and resources .
• Coordinate with production houses, agencies, talent, vendors, and internal stakeholders .
• Manage production for corporate films, interviews, product videos, testimonials, campaigns, events, and social media content .
• Supervise shoots and ensure quality, timelines, and brand consistency .
• Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product, and Corporate Communications teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Video Production / Pre-Production .
• Strong expertise in concept development, script writing, storyboarding, shot planning, and production planning .
• Candidates from top Advertising, Design, or Marketing Agencies .
• Education in Film, Filmmaking, Mass Media, or related fields .
• Strong focus on pre-production and production .
• Video Editors / Post-Production-focused profiles will not be considered.
• Age: 25–28 years .
• Mumbai location is preferred for sourcing top candidates.
