As we expand our commercial operations, we are building a high-performance team to drive strategic advertising partnerships and aggressive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising clients in Rajasthan through networking, cold calling, and market research. Needs Analysis: Understand client business goals and advertising needs across various media (digital, print, radio, billboard). Sales & Negotiation: Pitch media packages, negotiate rates, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company and client objectives. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Reporting: Track sales performance, update CRM, and provide reports on campaign effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Previous sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or a related field. Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Rajasthan market and local business landscape. Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills. Self-Motivation: Driven, resilient, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Education: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
