Fairview Urgent Care provides convenient medical care weekdays, evenings and weekends. Nurse Practitioners working in urgent care provide a broad spectrum of non-emergent care for minor illness and injury. All hospital admissions are referred to the physician on-call for these practices. Moonlighters are needed for a variety of shifts at Fairview urgent care centers in the metro area. Hours vary by site. Volume fluctuates seasonally.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Family Nurse Practitioner training program.
• BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
• Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
• Must be comfortable seeing pediatric and adult patients
• Must have at least 2 years urgent care or clinic experience. Internal candidates are also preferred.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week.
