At PineQ Lab Technology , we are looking for empathetic and clear-spoken professionals to join our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team. In this role, you aren’t just answering phones, but you are ensuring patients get to their life-critical medical appointments on time.

Your Impact:

As a Customer Support Executive , you will be the bridge between patients and their healthcare providers.

Your day-to-day will involve:

● Coordinating Care: Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule and confirm medical rides. ● Problem Solving: Resolving real-time logistics issues for patients and transport partners.

● Precise Documentation: Maintaining high-accuracy logs of all interactions in a fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for?

● Communication: Fluent and clear English (B2/C1 level).

● Experience: At least 6+ months in an International BPO environment.

● Education: Graduate or undergraduate candidates are welcome.

● Mindset: You are empathetic, patient-focused, and can keep a cool head during high call volumes.

The Logistics:

● Salary: As per industry standards

● Work Week: 5.5 days.

● Cabs: During odd hours

● Shifts: Rotational. (24*7)

● Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
