Role & Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding JEE/NEET preparation programs and courses. Explain course offerings, fee structure, scholarship opportunities, and the admission process. Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries. Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions. Maintain accurate student records and update interactions in the CRM system. Guide students in selecting the right academic program based on their career goals. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Conduct counselling sessions in Tamil and English. (Hindi will be an added advantage.) Deliver an excellent counselling experience while maintaining high conversion rates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred). 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Sales, or the Education sector. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Good communication skills in English are required. (Hindi is an added advantage.) Comfortable handling calls, counselling students, and lead conversion. Basic understanding of the JEE/NEET examination pattern is preferred. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented with a student-first approach. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
