Finance Controller-Green Ammonia Location: Paradeep & Gopalpur -Odisha Qualification-CA Role Purpose: The Finance Controller will be responsible for establishing and managing the financial control, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, compliance, and financial governance framework of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established for the green ammonia project. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Control Project Cost Control Regulatory Compliance Project Commercial Finance Management Reporting & MIS Audit & Governance Experience: 12-18 Years of relevant experience , including significant experience in: Accounting Financial control of larger capital projects SPV accounting & reporting CAPEX control Tax & Statutory compliance
