Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to ensure seamless operation and support of critical applications, fostering a collaborative environment to address complex technical problems effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).- Strong knowledge of application support methodologies and troubleshooting techniques related to enterprise planning and budgeting systems.- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues within integrated business environments.- Ability to analyze system logs, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Planning and Budgeting applications.- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)
