Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative in Islamabad to develop customer relationships, present suitable aesthetic technology solutions, and contribute to business growth across the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective customers among aesthetic clinics, hospitals, dermatology practices, and related healthcare providers.
• Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations for clinical and business stakeholders.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity updates, forecasts, and pipeline information.
• Coordinate with technical, clinical, marketing, and service teams to support customer requirements and successful installations.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Represent BTL Aesthetics professionally while supporting long-term customer satisfaction.

Job Specification

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills with doctors, clinic owners, hospital decision-makers, and healthcare professionals.
• Interest in or understanding of aesthetic medicine, medical devices, dermatology, wellness, or related healthcare solutions.
• Confident communication, consultative selling, objection handling, and persuasive presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain technical product benefits clearly to both clinical and commercial audiences.
• Strong organization, follow-up discipline, customer record management, and sales forecasting skills.
• Commercial awareness, target orientation, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools and customer relationship management systems.
• Willingness to conduct regular client meetings in Islamabad and surrounding areas.
